Accessibility Statement
Onflay LLC Last updated: [INSERT: Effective Date]
1. Our Commitment
Onflay LLC is committed to making the Onflay Platform accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We are working to ensure that our website, creator dashboard, checkout experience, and mobile applications conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
We believe accessibility is not just a legal requirement — it is fundamental to building a platform that Creators and Customers from all backgrounds and abilities can use with confidence.
2. Conformance Status
The Platform is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
We are actively working to improve accessibility across all Platform interfaces.
3. Known Limitations
The following limitations are currently known and are being addressed:
- Dynamic content updates: Some page updates via dynamic content loading may not consistently announce changes to screen readers.
- Complex interactive components: Certain form controls and interactive UI elements may not fully support keyboard navigation or assistive technologies in all browsers.
- Mobile accessibility: Some features of the mobile application may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA on all platforms.
- Third-party content: Certain third-party embedded components (such as Stripe's payment forms) are provided by third parties and are subject to their own accessibility programs. We have selected providers who maintain accessibility commitments.
We will update this section as known limitations are resolved.
4. Technical Approach
Onflay uses the following technologies to support accessibility:
- HTML5 with appropriate semantic structure and ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) markup.
- CSS for visual presentation, separated from content structure.
- JavaScript for interactive behavior, implemented to support keyboard and assistive technology access where applicable.
5. Legal Frameworks
Dominican Republic
In the Dominican Republic, the accessibility of digital services for persons with disabilities is supported by Law No. 5-13 on Disability and its implementing regulations. Onflay is committed to meeting the obligations applicable to digital platforms under Dominican law.
Brazil
In Brazil, the Lei Brasileira de Inclusão da Pessoa com Deficiência (Lei No. 13.146/2015 — LBI) requires that digital platforms be accessible to persons with disabilities. Onflay is committed to working toward LBI-compliant accessibility as its Platform expands to Brazilian users.
United States
In the United States, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act are referenced standards for digital accessibility. While Onflay does not currently serve the general public in an ADA-covered capacity as a physical place of public accommodation, we adopt WCAG 2.1 AA as our accessibility target consistent with industry best practice.
European Union and United Kingdom
EU Directive 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act) and UK equivalent regulations set accessibility requirements for certain digital services. Onflay considers these frameworks as guidance for its accessibility program.
6. Providing Feedback
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the Onflay Platform. If you experience accessibility barriers, encounter content that is not accessible, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:
